Within the framework of this policy, the properties and performance of these products must reflect market demands and provide a high degree of client satisfaction.
The company attaches great importance to competition based on quality, and furthermore the products supplied must in no circumstances present a hazard to the user.
The procedures outlined in the QIS Operations Manual describe how the Quality System is designed to ensure customer requirements are recognised and that consistent control of these requirements are established, implemented and maintained.
Proper adherence to the policy is a requirement of every aspect of the QIS business.
